SORRY FOR THE DELAY

MORE PICS ADDED TO CHENREIZIG IN PROGRESS

THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE!!!!

ITS BEEN A BUSY FEW WEEKS, AND WORK HAS BEEN PROGRESSING SLOWER THAN ANTICIPATED, IVE BEEN A BIT UNDER THE WEATHER, FOR THE LAST MONTH AND THIS HAS NOT MARRIED WELL WITH CONCENTRATING FOR MY WORK, SO LITTLE PROGRESS TO SHOW YOU..

I EVEN GOT OUT IN THE GARDEN ONE DAY LAST WEEK TO WORK, ALTHOUGH THE CLOUDS SOON ROLLED IN AND PUT AN END TO THAT IDEA!!!!

Hi Ive had abusy few days, and have started with the background detail and put some more layers on the clouds, and started to whiten Chenreizigs body and clothing, its been very relazing, as you get so absorbed into the painting the time flies,,,,,

The paints as i mix them have to be tested for colour fastness, to ensure ive mixed the correct measures of primer and matting agent with the aqueus colour. # It take time, but is worth the effort.

Over the last few days have been busy mixing colours and deciding if the shades are correct, also started blocking in the main colours, at this stage the painting looks like its coming along quickly, but its still early days, as att the detail and shading, plus more layers of paint are added.
